Delivery Service/ Payment Methods
Do you have any delivery charges for your delivery services?
For orders above $100, we offer free delivery island-wide.
For orders below $100, a delivery fee of $10 will apply.
What are my payment choices?
We offer the following payment methods:

Can I do self-collection?
Upon successful collection of payment through Credit Card/Debit Card or Paypal, we will process your order and inform you when it is ready for collection.
Orders via self collection will be prepared by the next working day. We will send you a message via email, WhatsApp or SMS when your order is ready for collection.
Please text us on our WhatsApp (8809-2361) prior so that we can arrange your pickup.
The Address for self collection is 2 Jalan Kilang Barat #05-01, Singapore, 159346.
Our operating hours are:
Mondays to Fridays: 11.00am to 8.00pm.
We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

Is there GST charges on top of your discounted prices?
No, the prices are inclusive of GST.
Is international shipping available?
Yes, we do offer international shipping to several country- Malaysia, Philippine, Indonesia and others.
Exchanges and Returns
Can we exchange goods?

We will exchange item(s) due to manufacturers' defect only. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase in its original packaging and unused condition.
We will require you to provide the order ID as proof of purchase. All sales of gift cards, e-gift certificates, non-exchangeable goods and any item marked as "Sale" and "Clearance" are final. These item cannot be returned or refunded.
Non-exchangeable goods include (but not limited to) :
  • Any item that is frozen
  • Any food items that are consumed
  • Any item described with cosmetic defects
  • All skincare items that has been used or opened from manufacturer’s sealed packaging

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
After logging into your account, click the "My Account" at the top right hand side of our site to view/print your past orders.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within seven working days after your order is submitted.
