You will receive an email or SMS with the confirmed delivery date. Please reply to the email or SMS before the mentioned deadline if you would like to reschedule.
We strive to deliver your local order within 7-10 working days (excluding weekends and PH). For items that require preorder, please refer to the product description.
Please email us your Order ID at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us at +65 8809 2361 to inform us of your desired amendment.
We will only be able to amend your order if it is not been packed yet.

4) And your account setup is complete!

For orders above $100, we offer free island-wide delivery in Singapore. For orders below $100, a delivery fee of $10 will apply.
Thank you for your interest in MDADA products. We only ship out to Singapore currently and will be looking to expand our geographical delivery soon. Stay tuned for more details!
We do not provide self-collection at the moment. For urgent delivery requests, you may contact us at email@example.com to request for possible arrangements.
Return and Exchange
Refund requests can only be made within 7 days of the date you've received the item with supporting photograph during the unboxing experience (Any request beyond 7 days will be reviewed on case to case basis). To initiate this request, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can facilitate the return.

The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase in its original packaging and unused condition. We will require you to provide the order ID as proof of purchase. All sales of gift cards, e-gift certificates, non-exchangeable goods, and any item marked as "Sale" and "Clearance" are final. These items cannot be returned or refunded. Non-exchangeable goods include (but are not limited to) :
- Any item that is frozen
- Any food items that are consumed
- Any item described with cosmetic defects
- All skincare items that has been used or opened from manufacturer’s sealed packaging
