How do I know if my delivery has been confirmed?
You will receive an email or SMS with the confirmed delivery date. Please reply to the email or SMS before the mentioned deadline if you would like to reschedule.
How long do I have to wait for my orders?
We strive to deliver your order within 14 working days (excluding weekends and PH).
What happens if the item I have ordered is out of stock?

We apologized for the inconvenience caused. We try our best to keep such cases to a minimum, and to ensure product availability in our online store meets your needs.

If your desired item is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as we can. We will then recommend an alternative, or issue a refund for the unavailable product.

How do I amend my order?

You may text 8809-2361 or telegram to inform us of your desired amendment. We will only be able to amend your order if it is not packed yet.
What if I need to cancel my order?
A restocking fee of 15% will apply unless we are unable to fulfill a part of, or your whole order within the promised delivery timeframe. Please send your cancellation request via telegram or via WhatsApp at 8809-2361.
